Collaroy Masterplan - Future Vision
![]() |
Collaroy is a unique area with beautiful natural attributes and a village feel. It currently serves local residents as well being a destination for tourists, community groups and others.
Warringah Council is seeking to develop a sound understanding of how Collaroy is currently used. Council wants to know the needs, values and priorities of all users in order to create a Collaroy Master Plan.
Thank you to everyone who has participated in the consultation process so far.
While the Collaroy Master Plan survey has now closed, you can see the online forum comments at Your Say Warringah.
Ideas and feedback from the community sessions plus the online survey, the web forum, interviews with reserve users and others will be used to identify key issues and initiatives for the Master Plan.
Some of these ideas have been tested in focus groups with local residents, businesses and community organisations. A draft ‘needs assessment’ was presented to the wider community at the Community Information and Feedback Session in September.
Based on the wide range of community input, a final report will be prepared that will be used as a key guiding document in the preparation of a Master Plan for the Collaroy Precinct.
If you have any questions about the project please contact Sarah Braund or Steve Rossiter on 1800 888 374.
