2008/2009 Community Development Grants &

Cultural Development Grants

Applications for Warringah Council’s 2008/09 Community Development and Cultural Development Grants programs are now open to individuals, services, groups or organisations and will close on Friday, 15 August 2008 at 4pm.

The grant programs provide funds for projects and services that make a positive contribution to Warringah’s quality of life.

Projects that are not eligible for Community Development or Cultural Development Grants include major capital expenditure, direct salary costs, projects that duplicate other services or facilities in Warringah and activities which are another level of Government responsibility. Additionally, the Cultural Development Grants program does not fund prize money, trophies, competitions or campaigns.

Help is available on request for applicants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to complete applications.
