Frequently Asked Questions
Am I restricted in what I choose?
No, when you come you will be given a ticket indicating how many items you bring. If, for example, you bring five items then you can choose up to five items. It doesn’t matter whether it is clothing, accessories, CDs or DVDs.
If there are items left over where do they go?
Most of the items will be donated to a charity. Some are kept for the next time we hold a similar event.
What happens if I don’t find anything or less than what I brought?
All leftover items will be given to charity, it won’t be possible to take the item you brought with you home again.
Is it possible to swap my daggy clothes for a designer outfit?
We only accept well presented, clean items in good condition. However, we do allow a good quality basic item to be traded for a designer outfit.
