Women's Clothing and Accessories Exchange, 12-2pm

Swap accessories

Clothes to be exchanged should be clean and presentableSwap clothes you no longer wear

Want to get some new clothes but don’t want to consume more resources? Come along to a free clothes swap and exchange your clothes and accessories for someone else’s.

Raid your wardrobe for clothing and accessories you no longer wear but you think others will value (maximum of five articles). Make sure clothes are clean and neatly presented so they’re ready for swapping. Staff will exchange your clothes for a numbered ticket and you start swapping. It’s fun and easy!

Enviro fact: Every year Australians spend $1.7 billion on clothing they do not wear. This is wasteful, detrimental to the environment and rapidly reducing bank balances. For every new T-shirt manufactured roughly 1.5kg of chemicals are used. The amount of water used in the production and transport of clothes bought by an average household each year is 150,000L.
