January 4, 2012

Northern beaches women are being given the opportunity to receive invaluable help with their businesses.

The NSW Trade & Investment's Women in Business Mentoring Program begins in January.

The Program is open to NSW business owners involved in business for more than a year.

If you can identify a business goal and be prepared to work with a mentor, we encourage you to express your interest now.

"The program helps up and coming women business owners by providing workshops as well as one to one sessions with highly experienced business mentors," said Mayor Michael Regan.

The program is delivered by Warringah Council, northern beaches business chambers and Northern Sydney Institute TAFE NSW is worth $1,000 but NSW Trade & Investment subsidies the program so participants pay just $500 plus GST.

It has been designed to enhance knowledge, create new business skills, increase motivation and enthusiasm. Its proven methodology offers a combination of five business education workshops on topics such as business planning, marketing and finance.
