Council is committed to ensuring a sustainable future for the people of Warringah and the local environment and recognises our role in helping to achieve this goal. This Environmental Strategy represents our blueprint for moving toward a more ecologically sustainable way of living in Warringah and will assist in guiding our community and Council in this more sustainable lifestyle.

Council adopted the Environmental Strategy on May 22, 2001. It has a five year time frame after which it will be reviewed.
