Christmas Concert

The Christmas by the Beach concert was hosted by Mrs Claus with performances by children's entertainer and much-loved Play School presenter Jay Laga’aia and a Musical Adventure Christmas Show by Go Seek!. The Combined Churches of Dee Why presented Christmas carols, music and songs.

Sustainable Life Boat Christmas Tree

A highlight of the 2011 celebration was the building of a sustainable Christmas tree. The tree was made from 51 life boat shaped panels and was 5m high. The shapes were cut out of recycled laminated foam-core - whose former lives were advertising signs! More ideas on how to have a green Christmas.

Santa Claus

Santa was our special guest, arriving in northern beaches style on the back of a jetski.
