The annual Dogs Big Day Out is set to be a fun day for the whole family including our beloved pooches with a range of activities including competitions, face painting, sausage sizzle, free dog washing courtesy of Purina Total Care, animal demonstrations and children's entertainment. On the day stallholders will offer everything 'doggy' for sale and there will be plenty of refreshments available.

| 10.30am | Dogs Big Day Out opens Registrations for Canine Super Hero of the Year, Best Rags to Riches Dog (dogs bought from welfare groups or pound) and competitions |
| 11am | Children's entertainment |
| 11.30am | Competitions – Best Fancy Dress, Best Trick, Cutest Puppy |
| 12pm | Manly & District Kennel & Dog Training Club agility demonstration |
| 1pm | Winner of competition – Rags to Riches |
| 1.15pm | Children's entertainment |
| 1.45pm | Pick up poo relay |
| 2.15pm | Winner of Canine Super Hero of the year announced by celebrity judges |
| 2.30pm | Dogs Big Day Out closes |
Visitors to the event are reminded that dogs must be on a leash at all times.
