The Out of Harm's Way agreement allows young people to have fun while minimising risk to their safety. The aim of the agreement is to promote discussion between young people and their parents/guardians.

The agreement is an initiative of Warringah Council with support from the Northern Beaches Local Area Command Police and the Drug Safety Project Network.
