Rates Payments
Warringah Council offers numerous easy ways for you to pay your rates. You can also receive your rates instalment notices via email and manage your rates online.
Online
Pay your Council rates securely online by credit card (American Express, Visa and MasterCard only). Subject to 1% service fee.
B-Pay
Contact your participating bank or credit union by phone or internet using biller code 1735. Credit cards not accepted.
Australia Post
Pay at any Australia Post Office or Agency. Credit cards not accepted.

Accepted credit cards types are American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Credit card payments are subject to a 1% service fee.
Cheque or money order only. Credit cards are not accepted at Council's Locked Box Facility, (rate payments only, no general correspondence please).

Customer Service Centre
Payments accepted using cash, cheque, money order and credit card subject to 1% service fee (MasterCard, Visa and American Express only) or EFTPOS between 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday at the Civic Centre, Civic Drive, Dee Why.
Direct Debit
Direct debit allows your rates to be debited from your savings or cheque account on the due date. Credit cards not accepted.
