Youth Services looks after a variety of programs including YOYOs Youth Centre, Youthlinx, Warringah Youth Advisory Committee, Warringah Graffitti Project, Northern Composure Band Competition and recreation services.

YOYOs Youth Centre
YOYOs Youth Centre is operated by Council and located adjacent to Forestway Shopping Centre, Frenchs Forest.
Normal opening hours:
- 3 – 6pm Thursdays for Spray In Sessions, Breakdancing and Drop In activities
- 3 – 9pm Fridays for Drop In Activities and Special Events
Drop In activities may include: Pool, Basketball, Table Tennis, PS2, Movies etc
Warringah Youth Advisory Committee (WYAC)
WYAC is a group of young people aged 14 to 21 that meet once a month.
What does WYAC do?
- Help organise youth events such as band nights, dance parties, band comps, Youth Week Activities and specific one off youth grants
- Make recommendations to Council on youth matters
- Be a voice for young people in Warringah
- WYAC members meet monthly at the Warringah Mall Library Meeting Room.

YouthLinx Activity Group and Family Support
YouthLinx (previously YAZZ) is a group work based recreation program to assist social and life skill development in young people aged 11 to 16. The program also offers support and educational opportunities to families involved in the program and the wider community.
Our Family Support Worker offers families involved in the YouthLinx program and the wider community information, support and referral. Community education is a focus with regular Parenting Teenagers Courses and Speaker’s Nights, all of which are free of charge.

- Aerosol Art “Spray-In Sessions” run every Thursday at YOYOs Youth Centre

Recreation Services
Recreation Services provide regular holiday activities for 10 to 17 year olds including skate sessions and workshops, movie making, circus skills, etc. Fees apply.
