Council's Youth Services look after a variety of programs including YOYOs Youth Centre, YouthLinx, Warringah Graffitti Project, Northern Composure Band Competition and recreation services. For more information call Council's Youth Development Officer on 9942 2401 or email youth@warringah.nsw.gov.au
YOYOs Youth Centre
YOYOs Youth Centre at Frenchs Forest provides safe, affordable and age appropriate evening entertainment options for young people. Normal opening hours are 3pm to 6pm Thursdays for spray in sessions, breakdancing and drop in activities and 3pm to 9pm Fridays for drop in activities and special events. More on YOYOs Youth Centre.
Brewarrina Youth Exchange
The Sister Cities Youth Exchange Program consists of six young people from Warringah spending a week in Brewarrina in the winter school holidays and a reciprocal visit by Brewarrina young people in the summer school holidays. More on the Youth Exchange.
YouthLinx Activity Group and Family Support
YouthLinx is a group-work based recreation program to assist social and life skill development in young people aged 11 to 16. The program also offers support and educational opportunities to families involved in the program and the wider community. More on Council's YouthLinx program.
Warringah Graffiti Project
Aerosol art 'spray-in' sessions are held every Thursday at YOYOs Youth Centre, Frenchs Forest. Warringah also has six legal graffiti walls.
The program aims to reduce illegal graffiti and 'tagging' in the area. More on the Warringah Graffiti Project.
Recreation Services
Council's Recreation Services provide school holiday activities for young people aged 10 to 17 years. Fees apply. More on Council's school holiday program.

The Out of Harms Way Agreement promotes open discussion between young people and their parents or guardians. The agreement encourages young people to be responsible for their safety and to seek help for themselves or their friends when things go wrong. More on the Out of Harms Way Agreement.
