'Have A Splash' Birthday Parties
'Have a Splash!' Birthday Parties gives your child the opportunity to celebrate his/her birthday with friends at the Warringah Aquatic Centre. Your child enjoys a unique birthday while you put your feet up and relax. We take care of all the organisational hassles and clean up afterwards.

Children must be between the ages of 6 and 13.
Party Dates
Saturdays ONLY between 12.30pm - 2.30pm or 2.45pm - 4.45pm.
Cost
$16.50 per child (minimum of 10 children).
What You Receive
- Birthday party invitations
- Two party leaders for two hours
- Pool activities and games tailored to your child’s and party guests interests
- Use of springboard (in some rare circumstances the springboard may not be available)
How to Book
- Read the Birthday Party Booking Terms and Conditions
- Complete the Have A Splash Booking Form
- Return the completed Booking Form with a $82.50 deposit to reception
- No bookings can be made without a paid deposit
- Collect invitations from Reception and mail them out
- Confirm the number of children attending with reception the week before the party

Birthday Party Booking Terms and Conditions
Warringah Aquatic Centre endeavours to ensure that your child’s ‘Have a Splash!’ Birthday Party is a safe, fun and happy occasion for all. In order to make this happen it is necessary that you understand and comply with the following conditions:
1. All bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance.
2. Parties can only be booked and confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form and $82.50 deposit.
3. Parties are for two hours. You and your guests must vacate the room by 2.30pm or 4.45pm.
4. The price of the party includes party leaders to supervise and arrange an appropriate program and activities.
• Pool entry for guests. (Note: This does not include parents wishing to stay)
• Spectator entry for parents of the birthday boy/girl.
• ‘Have a Splash!’ invitation cards.
5. Minimum age of children participating in the party is six years.
6. Non-swimmers will require a carer (parent or guardian) in the water.
7. The leaders reserve the right to deny participation in water activities for safety reasons.
8. ‘Have a Splash!’ Birthday Parties will be charged at a minimum of ten children attending the party.
9. The maximum number of children allowed is 20.
10. Parties are available at advertised time slots.
11. The Warringah Aquatic Centre Management reserves the right to cancel the party without notice. A full refund of the deposit will be given should this occur.
12. Pool rules are to be observed at all times for the safety of all our pool customers.
13. The party leaders are in charge of the group for the duration of the party.
14. A parent must be in attendance at all times while the children are changing.
15. Changing Confirmed Numbers: Any change to the number of children attending must be done by 2pm the Friday prior to the party date.
16. Balance of total cost (for the confirmed number) is payable on arrival before the start of the party.
17. Cancellation policy - if more than seven days notice is given then the deposit will be refunded less a 10% administration fee. If seven days or less notice is given the deposit is forfeited in full.
18. Party guests are to wait in foyer for party leaders to greet them.
