WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Installation of a BBQ, shelter, pathways and improved landscaping.
 
War Memorial Upgrade
WHERE: Collaroy Beach Reserve (northern end)
WHEN: January - April
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: The plaque and sandstone plinth will be upgraded as part of improvements for the ANZAC centenary. The path will also be realigned and a new sculpture representing our was memorial heritage installed. 
 
Netball Court Repairs
WHERE: John Fisher Park, North Curl 
WHEN: February
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: The netball court surfaces are being repaired in time for the winter season.
 
Shared Path
WHERE: Allambie Road, Allambie Heights
WHEN: February - March
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Improved bike and pedestrian accessibility. 
 
Footpath Widening
WHERE: Sturdee Parade outside Dee Why Grand (from loading dock driveway near Pittwater Road to Dee Why Grand car park driveway)
WHEN: February - March
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Widening the existing footpath to improve accessibility.
 
Roadworks - Dee Why
WHERE: Fisher Road, Dee Why (Holborn Avenue - Ilikai Place)

WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Repair and resurfacing with asphaltic Concrete to improve drivability.
 
Pool Painting - Dee Why
WHERE: Dee Why Rockpool
WHEN: 16 - 18 March (weather permitting)
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: The main rockpool will be closed for line marking and the children's pool will also be painted. It is expected to take three days.
 
Pool Painting - Freshwater
WHERE: Freshwater Rockpool
WHEN: 18 - 20 March (weather permitting)
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: The rockpool will be closed for line marking. It is expected to take three days.
 
New Lights
WHERE: Harbord Park, Freshwater 
WHEN: March - May
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Upgraded floodlighting to improve playability.
 
Stormwater Drainage Improvements
WHERE: Raffo Lane, Freshwater (between Wyndora and Oliver Street)
WHEN: April - September
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Repairs and relining of stormwater pipes to improve functionality.
 
RECENTLY COMPLETED
New Playground
WHERE: Kurara Park, Terrey Hills
WHEN: January - February
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: The old playground equipment will be removed and a new range of equipment installed.
 
Wishing Well Restoration
WHERE: Collaroy Beach Reserve.
WHEN: November - December 
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: The existing sandstone wishing well monument and adjacent circular sandstone paving will be dismantled and rebuilt, to restore and enhance its heritage value and style.
The area will fenced during the construction period. The grassed reserve area will remain open but works may cause some inconvenience.
 
Skate Ramp Repairs
WHERE: Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest
WHEN:  9 - 17 December
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: The skate ramp will be closed while it is repaired and repainted.
 
Bridge Upgrade
WHERE: Aitken Reserve, Queenscliff
WHEN: January
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: New four metre pine bridge with enviro mesh grating to improve accessibility
 
Fence and Garden Repairs
WHERE: North Narrabeen SLSC
WHEN: February
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Repairs to damaged fencing and garden edges.
 
Collaroy Beach Stormwater Outlet
WHERE: Collaroy Beach
WHEN: August-February
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: The seaward end of the outlet will be dismantled and replaced - making it approximately 10 metres shorter. The small carpark south of Collaroy Beach Services Club will be closed during construction. The beach will remain open but works may cause some inconvenience.
 
Stairway Upgrade
WHERE: Moorilla Street, Dee Why
WHEN: February
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: A bike wheeling ramp will be added to the stairway to improve bike accessibility.
