Queenscliff Access Improvements

WHERE: Bridge Street, Queenscliff
WHEN: June - August
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are installing a new set of stairs and repairing the footpath between Bridge St and Undercliff Rd, to improve public access.

Stormwater Pipe installation

WHERE: Oaks Ave, Dee Why (Between the Post Office and Pittwater Road)
WHEN: March - October
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: These works will reduce the frequency and severity of flooding in the Dee Why Town Centre.

Youth Facilities Junior Skate Area

WHERE: St Matthews Farm Reserve, Cromer
WHEN: October - December
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are installing a new junior skate facility including a shelter, seating and landscaping at St Matthews Farm Reserve Cromer to improve youth facilities.

Tramshed Community Centre

WHERE: Tramshed Community Centre, Narrabeen
WHEN: June - February 2017
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are renewing and expanding the community facilities.

Sea Wall Stability

WHERE: South Curl Curl
WHEN: May - August
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Repairs and improvements to the seawall to improve longevity.

Glen Street Cultural Hub

WHERE: Glen Street, Belrose
WHEN: March 2016 - February 2017
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: Works will include a new library linked to the current Glen Street Theatre.

Narrabeen Lagoon Entrance Clearance

WHERE: Narrabeen Lagoon Entrance and Collaroy-Narrabeen Beach
WHEN: August – November 2016
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are removing 45,000 cubic metres of sand from the entrance to improve flow and placing the sand on Collaroy-Narrabeen Beach to improve amenity.

Oxford Falls Road Storm Erosion Repairs

WHERE: Oxford Falls Road
WHEN: September to December
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are investigating an engineered solution after severe erosion from the April 2015 storms caused the area to become and continue to be unstable. Half width of Oxford Falls Road between Morgan Road and Telstra Compound is closed for traffic. Portable traffic lights and signage are in place.

WHERE: Fishermans Beach Carpark, Long Reef
WHEN: May 2015 - November 2016
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are investigating an engineered solution after severe erosion from the April 2015 storms caused the area to become unstable.

Campbell Parade Shared Path

WHERE: Campbell Parade, Manly Vale (between Condamine St and Sloane Cres)
WHEN: December 2016 to January 2017
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are constructing 212m of 2.5m wide pedestrian / bicycle shared path along the north side of Campbell Pde.

Eileen and Worrobil Streets Shared Path

WHERE: Eileen and Worrobil Streets, North Balgowlah
WHEN: December 2016 to January 2017
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU: We are constructing up to 140m of 2.5m wide pedestrian / bicycle shared path from the corner of Worrobil Street and Eileen Street to and through Eileen Street Reserve.
